Battlefield 4 Status - Unlocks

Just letting everyone know I've been working on the recon line now.. it's different and a lot slower than I'm used to. It's interesting on lockers that's for sure but I'm getting better sniping snow lane.

What was your favorite things to unlock so far? For me it was the carbines.

I didn't have a lot of fun unlocking the carbines because none of them beat the first carbine (which also happens to be the weapon I have the most kills with).

If you just want one of the best snipers in the game (IMO) that you can unlock in only 1-2 rounds go for the L96A1.

Yeah dude, work on the L96. It's a "fun" grind and that rifle has a much faster bullet travel time than any of the first few unlocks. In fact, the stock rifle is the only one worth using until you get the L96 - my lame opinion only, of course.

The JNG was my favorite gun of BF3. I don't know if it is as fun in BF4 because I won't put down the L96.

Good luck on Locker. Hang back a bit or roll the dice for a team that doesn't throw nades all over so you can aim indoors.

Well AK 5U is good to long-mid range.

I'm trying to unlock everything because I never do it so it's more of a personal goal. I actually hardly played Recon but I'm getting the hang of it, and snow lane has become a hunting area. I just don't like the mortar spam, otherwise it's a blast.

I just got premium and unlocked the L85A2 which was challenging because of the defib kill but I found a sniper and well the rest was ZAAAAP. The MTAR-21 which was the gun I really wanted, I unlocked quickly.

The JNG was crap compared to the SRR-61 which was my targeted unlock, I'm getting the attachments now. I think it is slightly better than the L96A1 because of the 100 range drop off, I got used to it with the stock sights too. I have the scope unlocked and well now it's waaaaaay better.

I mean.. I KILL with the LMG's man. Love those things. Unlocking them and silencers for each one is the most fun. 'Cause 200 suppressed rounds is just plain ridiculous and thats the way I like it. xD
