A bit of backstory: I installed a ENB and some other basic graphics mods (non-conflicting) and started a new save. The screen was flickering like this during the entire opening.
Skyrim scarred me for life today.

Hahaha. Takes me hours just to find the right setup for OBSE and all that jazz.
