AMD Gaming Control Center

I just downloaded AMD's gaming control center, and it has a function to add other gaming accounts (such as Steam). It requires my username and password, and while it says that my password will only ever be stored on my computer (and never touch their servers), I am wary. Has anybody ever used this program/function before? Or heard any reviews/have any thoughts/opinions?

And Cloakedsphere, it's some sort of program like steam that has a feature to scan your PC for games, and it also optimizes them for better game play, so it says.
It also has a friends list that can add other gaming platforms to the software, and I'm not adding any to mine in case it's not safe.
