read my Recuiting help there i explained the Playerslist
there u click on css ( and a server of choise ) and u can directly invite players from there, also you are able to get their steam id's , but you can also use Steam Id Finder , once they accepted you can run your own way of recuiting an receive css members, you can also do this way with dod maps, and tf2 maps :) read my help closely you will know enough than =D

Ahh yes, i use this list for TF2. I'll do the same for CS. Thou i did explain in my recruiting class that it's always better to play with the potential recruit first ;) but both ways work :)

well playing with your recuit has not really a difference in whether they want to join or not , you ask them if they want to be of edge-gamers community, you sure get personal , thats why you private message them , to get to know them better. afterwards ofcourse you play with your recuits and have conversations about being active within all edge-gamers options, but in my oppinion , you don't get to know a person in 2 hours of playing, people also do already know a little if they want to join or not, if they doubt they will ask for explaining about the reasons you gave, but playing with them will not really improve the reason why they should join , it only proof you are a fine guy with love for their community, they have to see for themselved how great this community is, and you as a recuiter will help him trough all that he have to know.

but i love your way of recuiting though =3 <3
