New computer downloads

Quick simple question how long does it take to download windows 8.1, macafee 2014, steam about 25 steam games on a brand new computer? And will my admin transfer over to this new computer?

And answer is: IT DEPENDS. Depends on the Internet connection you have, the size of the games you're transferring, etc. etc.. As for the admin, are you saying will your admin rights transfer over from the old computer to the new computer? Or are you asking will your admin privileges for the games and online programs transfer over?

If former, No. You have to resetup everything because it's a new computer.
If the latter, yes. If you know the password to login as the administrator...

Well idk about my internet speed but i was talking about admin for css. So when i do finish dl css just redo the way i did to initially get admin on css.

Ah, admin for CS was the question. It should transfer over fine. If you got issues, just bring it up in the CS admin forums, and they'll be able to help you fix it if anything wrong pops up.

your admin will work on new comp just set up your maul pin like you did on old comp then it will work

Jake just copy the autoexec folder, and when you have your source games re-installed, put the folder in the cfg folder in all your source games and it will be just fine.

What Dbad said! All you have to do is follow this path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\cfg

C: Being the hard drive. Then, go to this link and click on "Admin Pin". There, you will find directions to setup your admin pin with a new PC. You'll need to rebind your keys in-game, but that shouldn't be too hard.

Thanks flame and my question was answered and i responded now i got 3 of the same answers lol btw the cpu runs fast and looks crystal clear expesialy on the 24" led hdmi monitor that is half my tv lol sucks that im at work now so cant use it and can some close this thread?
