I think Fatality is saying that his avatar and spray so dominates everyone else's that it is Fatality's recommendation that everyone gets new ones so that they no longer look weak and pathetic compared to his or her's (which are suspiciously missing).

If you want some items created for you Fatality, I'd recommend putting some details of what you'd like to see in your avatar and spray.
