Ok, so around Christmas time, my cd player finally went caput. Let me explain; my car's cd player wont read cds anymore. It was originally a weather related issue to where it was too cold to play them & had to wait for the car to warm up to play them, but now they wont be read at all.
Anyways, I just received a check from my bank for doing business with them, so I would like to install a new cd player. However, I've never installed a cd player before, but I've heard thats its rather easy. For those of you who have read my previous threads about working on my car, I have a 2000 Honda Accord.
So therefore I have simply 2 questions:
#1 Who is the best manufacturer of cd players to go after?
#2 Does anyone have an idea of how long this will take? Also is there a video on youtube of someone actually switching out the factory model with another cd player?
Feel free to gives any feedback that may help this process go smoothly. By the way, my budget is maxed at $90. I should be able to get a decent cd player for around $50-60 tho.
