CS:GO map making

I am looking for someone to maybe partner with me on a map nothing big maybe medium map but the lighting is what has me puzzled I got an idea for a map that I haven't seen to much of maybe because the light enttity is probably why but I know there is mappers with more knowledge then me but ive done skill maps in tfc just to mess around on concing.:O
