Wade, I see your point, DAKEDO (but), there will of course be the rules that pop up on the screen, and I am sure that most will adhere to it and read it. I'm very excited we finally get a G-mod server too and I better see you and Cheezy there playing with me 24/7.

Oh yea. I can guarantee you that it will be filled all day and I will be on there constantly. We have people from every division who have wanted to get a GMOD server since forever, let alone pubs joining. The only problem I see is that there will not enough room since it's one server haha and the long wait to get in. So if we have to ban a troll, it won't hurt our population at all.

as a former gmod ttt admin I will say it now, there will so many bans to be made with out no swearing rule alone.

the now dead community I used to admin for, we had over 1000 bans in under a year on just three servers for trolls.

I can't even imagine how fast we will pass that 1k mark with the no swearing deal.

Oh god yes. When I used to admin for TTT, I was surprised by the amount of bans I had to throw out. It is a very fun mode and im glad were getting into it, but it will definitely need a very active admin base or else it will go bad really fast. Also like you said factor in enforcing eGO's no swearing rule and admins have their hands full

As a Gmod almost 24/7 player, I can confirm that we will have a lot of work everytime we play in the server with only the no-swearing rule, lets expect many racism bans and griefing bans too...

I would think about that a little more if I were you. While TTT is fun for a while, it does get quite repetitive and you'll lose interest over time and go back to other games for a cooling off period. Between 2008-10, I sporadically played TTT because it was always the same after a while. Too many people taking the game too seriously or a million trolls RDMing, breaking rules, mic spamming, aimbotting, or the ever present Gmod problem.. too many kids under 12 who drive you nuts. That's just my take on it though since I've had a lot of experience with Gmod. Had to switch to another community frm 2010-2012 which had Bhop, Deathrun, Climb and Surf servers, which were really fun. But each game can only keep you interested for so long.

TLDR; I'm not saying don't join OP:X if you really want to, just don't join for a single game mode within one game lol.

Guys, it is one gmod server. There's no need to swap to OP-X over it. I can guarantee you that the first week it goes public, it will be hectic. As in full server, long queue, and maybe some bugs. Don't get over-excited here. Lets see how it plays out first.

Ahh, but you see, this thread is relevant to our division. For one, you need source games to run GMOD, which mean there is a high chance people from other divisions will buy CS to play Gmod, thus a potential chance of more players on our CS servers. Second I know many of us, from the CS Division that has asked for a very, very long time for a Gmod server. As a matter of fact, we used to (and still do) play on other servers together in Gmod. Now that eGO is actually getting a server, I felt like making a thread about it, to share the word. If you don't like this thread, you can ignore it.
