What exactly are you looking for in terms of genre? It would really help give you a more accurate list to choose from.

Not fully in japanese huh.. hmm Start with your basics,
Action/Comedies:
Fullmetal Alchemist and/or Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (both are on Netflix and in English)
Bleach- its in english
Trigun (on netflix and in english)

Comedy:
If you can find it Sargent Frog was quite funny.
Squid Gilrl (its on netflix)
Crayon Shin Chan

that should be good to start for now the first 3 are the most mainstream ones, im sure anyone here could recommend much better but you did say not fully in Japanese

Mega recommended I watch The World That Only God Knows, its subbed (japanese voice with english text) there are way more but might want to open up to reading subtitles.

Not sure if all of these have an English version yet, but they are all pretty popular shows. You would probably like Kaze no Stigma and shows similar to it. It has a little of everything you are looking for. Other shows below are more dominate in their respective genre.

Action: Fairy Tail, Hunter x Hunter, Shingeki no Koyjin, Black Rock Shooter (OVA).

Romance/Drama: Kanon (There is a 2002 and 2006 version. 06 is better), Angel Beats!, White Album 2, Clannad.

Comedy: Hataraku Maou-sama, Blood Lad, Yuru Yuri, Tamako Market, Mikakunin de Shinkoukei, Minami-ke.

Thank you all!

If it's action you want, then here is what I recommend:

Black Lagoon

Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex

Shakugan No Shana (well, has romance elements in it...)

Romance:

Dusk Maiden of Amnesia

The Garden of Words

Clannad (as well as Clannad After Story)

Those are just a few you could start off with.

I wish people would just call it Attack on Titan (its the most popular one right now) its not voiced in English just yet, but keep an eye on it.

Fairy Tail is on Netflix and in english

there is also Neon Genesis Evangelion which is an action anime which I would recommend and is in english.

Theres a romance/comedy Im watching now called Golden Time but its also subbed titled
