Nintendo Switch Sports Resort Arrives October 22nd!
Who remembers Wii Sports? Or maybe you are more of a Nintendo Switch Sports fan? Well do I have news for you!!Nintendo is releasing their new Nintendo Switch Sports Resort on October 22nd!
Nintendo Switch Sports Resort brings back some of the classics such as:
- Tennis, Baseball, Bowling, Golf, and Boxing from Wii Sports
- Power Cruising, Archery, Basketball, and Table Tennis from Wii Sports Resort
Can I still play with my family/friends?
Yes! Not only can you still play with up to 4 players locally offline. You can also host or join a private lobby with as many as 8 players, with up to 2 players on each system!Also, for those people that want a more single player focused story mode. You can take on Island Champions and Legends in across 9 different sports in Island Crown, earning customization options and Spocco Points along the way!
What if I want to play more competitively?
Nintendo is also bringing ranked competition to the game with Pro League. You can challenge players from all around the world in the online Pro League. You get to fight against other players who share the same skill level as you!!What about customization?
Nintendo has brought back the customization for Sportsmates and Mii characters! You can customize your character's look by choosing from their various hairstyles, outfits, accessories, and body types. You can also unlock more customization using Spocco points earned as you play!In addition to regular customization's, they are also releasing 2 item collections every week with themed items arriving every month!!
Unfortunately, Nintendo Switch Sports Resort will only be available on the Nintendo Switch 2. But don't let that stop you from taking in the scenic views and discovering sightseeing spots around the resort! You can cruise across the open water with Power Cruising, skateboard around the resort, or take to the skies in a Prop Plane!
