Where's the wackyness and billards

Once upon a time in the TF2 Division we had a billiards map and a wacky balloon race map for events. Where oh where have they gone. Its quite sad to not see them anymore. Would anyone like to see these return?

I still have a replay from the last Billiards event.

It's me smacking Kazoo in the stomach with a Conscientious Objector, launching her in to the air while someone else shoots the 8-ball, causing the ball to hit her, mid-air. Her ragdoll fell on its face a few ten yards away.
