I think I can almost match that: What's my first name + inator?
My name started when I had to come up with a gamer tag for x-box live (have yet to even use it). I could not think of anything that really fit me or referenced anything that I liked. I sat there forever and finally came up with the phrase stillinkansas because I haven't lived anywhere but Kansas and I thought it was a clever reference to the quote in the The Wizard of Oz, "Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore." I've tried to change it many times before, but everyone still just calls me Kansas. I've thought about changing it to just Kansas, but there is something about me that doesn't let me change my name to something someone has already thought of. I've always been jealous of those one namers that have a really cool or original name that sounds more like an actual name. hah

So I played WoW right? I joined a guild Orion (now deceased) as Red Rider. I wanted to start an alt, a warrior. So I thought hmmm. My first 2 initals of my first name are AN and the first of my last is G So ANG. And then I thought ORION! Since I would be playing mostly with them. Angorion. Eh, didn't roll off the tongue like I'd like so I tried Angoron. I added an 0 in the middle to be MLG-1337.

idk, little me didnt know what to put as a name, but i knew i liked phoenixs 
my other name wubstep (my better name) is because i like dubstep but there are more wubs than dubs in it, so hence came the name. The only reason im not still wubstep is that people forgot who i was, and im out of name changes

IDK how many remember my old tag from when i joined, but it was destroyer1388. I decided I wanted a knew one and one day thought of Psycho Destroyer. I decided it was to long and Psycho and Destroyer are both common names so I changed Psycho to Pzycho there is a lot less out there and thats kinda how I got mine lol

When i was making my first account for league of legends, i had to pick a nickname to be displayed. I tried using my name, Stefan. And then saw it was available. I was pretty happy about it, but then i found out i typed Sefan, instead of Stefan. I liked it and i just kept using it for everygame.
If there is a game with the name Sefan already used, I use the name StefanWarz, which is My name, "Stefan" and the ending of my last name, "Schwarz"

I've also been tempted to ask for a name change to Tezzeret, but I'm fairly sure that there would be problems connecting it to my old one.
Similar, RAZ are my initials. I also love raspberries waaaaay too much. Like I'm infatuated. So I am Razberri, and I also love the name since it reminds me of my real first name.
