if i stay on the forms will I get promoted

No that is not the only thing that leadership looks for when promoting people. As spy said first you have to be in ego. Then your maturity, dedication, and activity will become factors. As well as recruiting and server filling is a bonus. If you need help joining don't hesitate to pm me

This is exactly what I was taught when I first joined 4 years ago:
1) Be active on forums
2) Be active in Teamspeak
3) Be active in our servers and events
4) Be active in your division (recruiting, drives, meetings, etc)
5) Don't ask for promotions
Number 5 is a big one. Leadership doesn't like it when you bother them about getting promoted. They want to make sure you're being mature, being responsible, and they want to make sure you can handle becoming promoted and administrating our servers. Can't have some crazy person who beats people up in wheel chairs admining our servers!!!
Go apply for EdgeGamers and make us proud!
