I have usually a birthday or if I wanted them to play with me. Cant do it as much anymore
 
Given quite a bit to friends... They always return the favor...love my friends!!
 
I only give games to friends that won't purchase the game on their own, but still really want to play.
 
Yes! Steam likes to do the 2-4 packs of certain multiplayer games. Ive picked up a couple in the past and gifted games to other people. With that said, I've had friends randomly send me games as well. It wasn't that I asked or even saw it coming....its just how my circle of friends are. We randomly send each other games for time to time. One of the awesome perks of steam.
 
Gave to people that have wanted a game and also donated games to CS and PSC.

Gave Venomkilled Minecraft. That was my most recent one. But, I'm always willing to give my friends games, if I can.

I'm actually saving up some TF2 money in trading to get Rust and then after that get DayZ. Going to take a while but eventually i'll get em :)
