I recently just got a 15.6'' gaming laptop and I decided that I want a cooling pad because my laptop heats up a lot for me. My budget would be under $40. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Before you spend your cash, try this first (it works with most laptops, I do it on mine):
Buy regular -> large Toblerone bar (Jumbos are a bit too big).
Extract chocolate.
Consume chocolate.
Place empty toblerone box under laptop.
Success!
This works as well if not better than my actual cooling pad for me, however my friend doesnt have as pronounced 'feet' on his laptop to latch onto so it doesn't work as well for him.
