Lucas is the type of Advisor who will step up at any opportunity regardless of what is involved. He strives in excellence and ensures that everything in the PSC is fuctioning properly. He is the go-to guy for the PSC Division Leaders when discussing policy changes and bringing up ideas on how to make the PSC succeed.
