How do you view those .dem-files? :S

Go to console and type playdemo (demoname)

It has to be copied into your tf2 folder first, FYI.

Personally, I'd go to console and type 'demoui' or 'demoui2' (slight variations of the same thing) as these allow you to pause and jump through the demo.
