Using Overwolf in Teamspeak

Is it recommended that I use Overwolf in Teamspeak? I've done some looking around and I like the concept, I'm just not sure on how much it affects performance.

I don't use it, it's annoying to me.

the only think i kind of liked about is when in game it would show the names of who is talking

I didn't notice any degradation in system performance, but after using it for a couple of days I found it was more annoying than useful so it was promptly removed.
