Hey, has anyone seen the new battlefield game? [link=hyperlink url]http://www.battlefield-heroes.com/home.asp[/link] It looks like a huge ripoff of tf2. If you look at the guy and some of the characters the graphics look practically the same. You think valve will sue their publisher (EA) over rights. And more importantly will it be a good rip off, or will it stink!

Personally I can't wait. For battlefield 3.
That just looks like a blatant TF2 rip.

The only upside to this game is probably the fact that its free to play, but i still think that they could have made their own graphics...

Wow! I don't know why you guys wants to sue them, or watever.
It's their game, we can't do about it. We don't know yet if it looks like TF2. Yes, we know that guy looks like a TF2 Soldier....But, that game won't be having a PYRO, SCOUT, OR MEDIC. We don't know..... So, don't judge yet that they copied TF2...

i do admit it kinda looks like tf2, but if they copy tf2 then i would have to give em props for that would be the first smart thing they've ever done. ya i dont like battlefield all that much

but at the same time i cant say no to a free game, so ima check it out lol.

I will totally try it out, there's no reason not to. It's free, after all. Instead of ripping it apart, look at it for what it is guys. A quirky game to see if it's feasible to completely eradicate piracy and still make money. Hats off to EA for trying that.

i'll check it out. I've been a huge battlefield fan since 1942(which was the best in the series, besides secret weapons and battle for rome)

I'm not sure... I recently built a computer that can play games, so there's a lot of games i gotta play, like Oblivion, Crysis, Orange Box, COD4... I'll probably wait to download, or until there are good reviews for it. otherwise I'll wait.
