EDIT: I also made a spray using the same screenie... you're all invited to use it.
You can download it for use HERE.
Unzip that archive, move the files into your tf2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos folder (create those folders if they're not already there), and away you go! Just be sure to select it in settings first, it's in the multiplayer tab.
