New Member Experience.
The New Member Experience Program has been designed with the sole purpose of helping new recruits learn their way through the eGO community. New members will be guided through our forums, meet members & leadership, and be introduced to the various events their respective division may be holding.
The goal of this program is to not only focus on retention, but also to help guide new members into eGO without being overwhelmed. As we all know, eGO is a large community, and it can become intimidating to meet new people.
PSC members will have the opportunity to apply to this program and be assigned to help new recruits for whole week. At the end of the week, PSC Leadership will gather feedback from the recruits to see how well they have adapted within the community and give any further assistance.
We will also be adding an additional tier to the PSC to differentiate those who are participating in the program and those who are not. The difference between the two groups will be explained in the information thread located in the PSC Global Forum.
Please bear in mind that this will be an optional program and there will be NO penalties for any new or old PSC member. Choosing to join the program is left up to you and the work you do for the PSC will be no less appreciated than before.
The PSC is also open to members who have obtained their eG or eGO rank. If you want to apply, please contact a member of the PSC Leadership for an application.
