Figured I'd give this a shot, not sure what to expect, but I started my 4th company a few months ago and went through YCombinator for the winter batch. The average YC company is worth $45.2 million. I'm not going to explain what my company does here, but it did get top 8 startups on Techcrunch / top 5 startups on Business Insider. The company is based on SF and we've just closed a major round of financing.
I would love to hire people I hang out with so I thought I'd give this a shot. I'm specifically looking for full stack engineers/database warehousing engineers (hadoop etc)/frontend engineers who are or would be willing to live near SF.
