On the 24/7 css office server, it seems i always get this big lag spike, then it gives me like 64k, takes it away, and takes like 5-20% of my health..... That seriously gets really old everytime i play there.... and it screws up my gaming.

Any ideas?

Maybe your computer can't handle source. Or your far from where the server is located.

Hahaa, funny, no it only happens on your guys server, no one else, and i know my computer can handle source.... (2.2 ghz amd athlon 66, 2 gigs of ram geforce fx 5500)

I get something like this on any server on my home connection. You don't happen to connect on a wireless LAN, do you? I think that may be part of my thing.
