Hopefully this makes Rifts and Blood shards more worth while to do/use.

As nice as this hotfix sounded I haven't been able to experience it yet I have had terrible luck lately when it comes to getting legendaries.

The only legendaries i get are the ones that other party members dont want, and are too lazy to shard


Although I did get Gladiatorial Gauntlets off a rift boss, but that's about it.
