its come to my attention that some people in dust and also Italy are adding =(e)= in front of their names without an application. It's probably not my responsibility, but some are cursing profusely and talking bad about eGO/ making us look bad to others. Not too sure what, if anything, i can do about it. Nonetheless I thought I should bring it to the admins attention.

You should definitely Drop Box this to let leadership know. And if you can provide screenshots of the players who are doing these deeds (and a Steam ID, if possible), it would greatly help.
