There are two different types of TF2 division members.

1. Those who love cats.
2. Those who should love cats.

Anyway, the main point of this thread is to show you my cat I mentioned at the last meet and greet.

If you have a fluffy adorable feline, it would be much appreciated if you shared a pic of him/her on this thread c;

I have tolerated cats in my house (I am mildly allergic) and marriage for 28 years (we also have dogs and foster dogs). The last of the cats are a great big tabby named BK that is afraid of the dogs and spends his days in basement and nights roaming the house. He is my cat, but he has a miserable existence and only gets human contact late at night when the dogs are sleeping and one of us is up late. He gets his name (BK stands for Barney Killer) from his disdain for stuffed Barney toys, of which he has destroyed three. Like, shredded purple fur covers the carpet in the basement. Of course, that could be Basement Kitty now.

Our other cat is 17 years old going on wraith. She, Stardust, is the sister of a brother/sister we adopted back in 1997 (yeah, longer than some of you have been alive). Her brother had to be put down last April when he could no longer eat or drink. He was loving to the end. Stardust is a matted mess and hates us grooming her almost as much as she hates to groom herself. This leads to cutting out mats during the spring and her looking terrible and then great once her hair grows back in. I don't know how much longer we'll have her, but she is still loving - oh and she doesn't take any crap from the dogs.

Not sure why I am writing this and that part of me that tells the same stories more than once thinks I may have posted this before. I'll post pictures in a week when I am finally back in Omaha.

Aww, these are cute cats Rawburt and [j] cap. I am more of a dog person so I don't have a cat. Actually I don't even have a dog lol :P

(DANGIT DARTH FLUFFLES, I WAS GONNA DO THAT!..... Eh, I'm gonna do it anyways!)

I have pictures of my own!

Two weeks ago, my neighbor's 15 year old Greyhound died of Bone Cancer. I had taken care of her a lot while her owner was out of town on vacation or at work, and she gave me my first steady job.

This week, my neighbor got a new puppy who's only a few months old, and very energetic. I had a really hard time getting this photo:

Of course, what pet owner would be complete without cats?

Merlin:

And Marius, who spends 22 out of 24 hours of the day under that one freaking table, and hisses at everyone who comes near. Even me. It's crazy, I've taken care of him since he was a tiny little kitten who got stuck under the cabinet.

Aw, I hope for the best for your other cat.

Forgot to mention.

Our neighborhood is packed with strays.

Let's see, I have a list.

DC (Damn Cat)
MK (Mister Kitty, actually female)
Garfield (Fat Tabby)
Leah
Toby
Unnamed black cat

And that's just on our street. You can hear the catfights every other night.

You'd think that this many cat pictures would summon a certain feline-adoring instrument
