Agreed- however, as someone who had played it now for quite some time (rank 93 in Rising Storm, rank 62 in RO2) I find it VERY entertaining.

There is no such thing as registry in this game. If your crosshair is on them, they die. If not, they dont. Simple as that. The graphics take a bit of time to get used to, but the game play is awesome, and when you start upgrading your weapons, it becomes a whole new ball game. I usually play in No Mercy Killers server, because I find that they carry the most bots. So, even by yourself, you have a full server of bots. The more bots there are, the faster you rank up.

The Rising Storm part comes with Red Orchestra 2, (*edit... after further thought I may have this backwards) and you will be able to launch it simply from the server browser. You will know the difference, Guadalcanal, Iwo Jima, Hanto, etc... Rising Storm. If you see a russian name for the map, Red Orchestra 2. You get different ranks in either game, just to give you a heads up.

I am a big fan of this game, and I am personally thrilled that it is free, even for a short time, to see some more players in the servers. Hoping to see all of you in there, look for me, or invite me... I can be persuaded with a cookie, piece of candy, or a backhanded compliment. Im easy
