Need custom Animated "logo"

I want it to start from the top image and rotate[the V only] to the second image, and than end with the third like someone is pressing play. Sharpen it up a bit or add a little of your own to it. I'll pay or whatever. Than once that is done, I want the teal play button on the bottom one to slide to the right revealing the video.
