Computer Crashes

Hey guys, I've been having a problem a lot recently, at first it was every once in a while, and now it's more frequent.

I will be playing CS:GO, or just idling on the desktop, and my computer will just shut down. I start it up, to the "We're sorry for the inconvenience, but Microsoft Windows did not start correctly", blah blah, and then I get to Start Windows Normally. If I start up CS:GO without restarting my computer after this, I will get 10 fps constantly, until I restart it, then it's back to normal.

I was wondering if anybody knows a fix, I've already dusted inside, no fix. Any other ideas of what it could be? With the FPS drop I would assume it has to do with my graphics card, but I'm horrible with computers.

Graphics card, overheating, overheating, overheating.

Those have to be the most common issues that cause FPS drops and PC Crashes. I would monitor your PC's temperature (many programs online for you to check out) and make sure everything isn't running super hot. Make sure your fans are plugged in and clean, make sure the CPU fan works, and make sure your graphics card fans are working.
