As much as I adore BM, my vote is for de_dust2. That map is awesome, I can't believe someone made that, feels just like the CS one lol

Simply math really. Currently there's just under 70,000 registered forums users. Given that you have to log in in order to vote, that seems like a valid estimate of eligible voters. Just over 9,000 people voted in this poll. Even discounting the 10,000 accounts created for the sole purpose of contesting one of my bans, we're still looking at a voter turnout rate of around 15%. That pales in comparison to the 58.2% turnout rate for the US Presidental Elections of 2012; and the US is notorious among modern democracies for its LOW rates of voter participation. That fact that the vast majority of votes were cast for Pokemons should come as no surprise either. A quick Google search will reveal vast numbers of people who like Mudkipz; and that's just but one of the many Pokemons.
