In skyrim, if you talk to a guard, one will say,"I use to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow to the knee." Let's just say that arrow on the pic isn't his knee... Much more painful then a knee.

Don't feel bad, I didn't get it either until mason explained. Didn't see the arrow, either.
