Can I get some help

I love playing TF2, but my computer doesn't like when i play on 2fort or on the ctf_well map. Whenever I try and play on them an error message pops up in the corner of the screen that says "OS Paged Pool Memory Low" sometimes it doesn't do anything but other times it makes my computer crash. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem, I'll try anything.

Valve has a fairly comprehensive help document about this issue:

Follow the information there. If you still have problems after you have tried everything on that page, post back here. We will need additional information. Please provide the following: version of Windows, specific graphics card, amount of RAM (memory) in your system, and how long this problem has been occurring.

Increase the size of your page file perhaps? :O If it's already maxed, you might need more RAM.

It's not the page file, but rather a setting on the computer (or running applications) that are causing the computer to have to access the page file too much. Paging out to the hard drive is slow, and causes frame skips, poor performance, and crashes.

Usually it's because you have too much stuff running in the background, or that one program (e.g. antivirus) is being a memory hog.

Ok i found that if I don't run Xfire in the background while I'm playing it doesn't happen nearly as often and when i does happen i don't crash, I'm going to be getting some more RAM soon as well so that should solve the problem all together. Thanks for all the help !lol
