Unfortuneately, Puliping, this isn't a real thing. BUT! We can have at least the tiniest bit of hope that Nintendo will add a valve character or two to the next smash bros! It's not the strangest crossover in videogame history; a sonic game had TF2 Characters in it!

As for hats, OF COURSE there would be hats!

Probably not, unfortunately they REALLY only have nintendo games except for the few exceptions. But I don't know if valve will "sell" one of their characters to nintendo for use...
