Vpn problems

I am desperately trying to set up a vpn in hopes that it will bypass the block put on my network past a certain time. But as a first problem I cannot even find my user when I try to let someone connect to this computer via new incoming connection. When I actually set up the vpn with the method of the program already in windows and try to connect to it, it gives me an error
(error 800 specifically) that says it failed because the vpn tunnels failed. And the server might be unreachable.
When I diagnose that^ it comes up with "your computer is correctly configured but the device or resource is not responding.

The normal network I connect to is called jammer.com and that is what I have entered for what I set the vpn up to connect to.
It tried to connect to jammer.com through wan miniport (pptp) (it tried to connect me to the vpn via that way)

Any help would rock!

What VPN client are you using?

and are you using a private VPN service, or are you trying to connect to a free public one?

I currently use OpenVPN and buy my VPN service from nvpn.net

Also, if your network administrator set a time specific block on your network, there's no point in getting a VPN, because your internet connection is being blocked from going out, which wont' help you, but IDK exactly how your shit is set up.

Unless you're connecting to a RDP, which I'm guessing you're not, you're going to need a VPN client, and the VPN drivers installed on your computer to connect to the VPN.

Most VPNs require a VPN client, as well as a VPN certification license or key to you use to authenticate with the VPN server before it tunnels your connection( this is usually for private / paid VPNs ).

Once you've installed it, you can connect to the HTTP port / Sock5 port using it.

Or you can download the Config file for the VPN service is they have one and put it in the config folder in the installation directory for OpenVPN.

Config folder location can be found here

C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config
