Just an FYI, depending on your job and school location after basic you might not be on the forums after boot. I am an air force medic and when I went through tech school at fort sam Houston in San Antonio we also had army whiskeys there are the base and they were stuck in a barracks without access to computers. You are only going to be gone 8 months thats not very long, so youll probably have access.

I'll be gone 10 months. 37 weeks, 4 days. Just about 9 1/2 months. I said 10 to be safe.

I'll take advantage of the eGO blogging system while I'm in AIT. I'll have my iPad Mini with me (confirmed by my NCOs already..) so yea. I'll share with you my adventures in active duty training!
