What is the protocol for offensive player names like "i buy used condoms?" [Another member] was there too and nothing was done about it.... I find that name pretty offensive... just wondering...

To answer your question, you are correct is assuming that offensive names are not allowed on eGO servers. If someone has what you believe to be an inappropriate name in an eGO server, the best thing to do is to notify admins on said server via the admin chat function (u@ yourmessagehere).

However, sometimes things like bad names can be overlooked or are handled discreetly via private message. If there are no admins on the server or if they do not reply/handle the situation, your best bet is to contact an admin via Teamspeak or your Steam friends list. As a last alternative, you can ask for help in a more public manner via global server chat (u# yourmessagehere) or the Shoutbox.
