Video card upgrade

So Newegg has the EVGA GTX 750Ti Superclocked on sale for $140. I have been looking at both the 750 & 650 cards for a few months now. My question for you guys is is there really any big noticeable difference (other than a few bucks)?

The GTX 750Ti has about 3.3% better score on the PassMark - G3D Mark stress test.
