Hello TF2 Division!
Myself and the Recruitment Hosts are excited to announce our very first week-long recruiting contest for the summer. This will last from Saturday June 21 to Saturday June 28 and anyone can participate!
Goal: As a Division, recruit 10 new members in the next week. That's less than 2 new members per day.
Prizes: If we reach our goal, there will be five prizes (TF2 in-game items) that we give out at random to 5 members who have entered the contest.
How to enter to win: To enter the contest, you will need to recruit at least ONE member during the week of the contest. More recruits do not get you more entries but it does mean a higher chance of meeting our goal as a team.
If we exceed our goal before the contest ends, I will add more prizes to the pool. I have a backpack full of goodies to give away!
Remember, everyone is a recruiter. This isn't about spamming people, pressuring people or bribing and blackmailing people. This is about getting out on our servers and making new friends, then bringing cool people back to our TF2 family. If you wouldn't want to hang with them in TS or play with them on the servers, we don't want them in eGO.
Don't forget to check out the Summer of Sand thread. While you're having fun in the sandy sun, you could be making new friends and earning your entry in this contest, too.
