Active recruiting for LoL

I noticed there is not much recruitment for this so I wonder if maybe we could try to get something going. LoL is the most popular game in the world so I feel maybe its time to try hard and get some major recruitment drive for the clan.

It's very difficult to recruit in League of Legends without someone directly asking you.

I'm not sure how we can recruit besides before game, or after game.

I would love to recruit in League of Legends, but if we can figure out an easy way to get our name out there I'm not quite sure.

A rule that we have had for a while is to add coolheaded players after a game and then actively play with them so they may want to join eGO. Recruitment during in-game is heavily frowned upon. We have had prior recruitment drives in the past but not much support was given. I am all for more recruitment drives but I want to see people actually recruit. It makes me sad when people do not.

Another problem is "fake recruits". Players making smurf accounts and having them join eGO for a profit. Since steam id is not required for LoL players and it makes it difficult to decipher if they are real of not.

eGO is at a recruitment disadvantage because many of the major recruiters have daily tournaments and cash prize giveaways. There really isn't a reason to join us besides our ranked team and friday events. But if you have any ideas hit me up.
