This tournament is supposed to be fun and enlightening. Go out make new friends and invite them to our Clan! All that is asked of you to win these great prizes is do what we eGO members are supposed to do, recruit, but this time for prizes!

Tournament Details:

1. Time period: July 04th- August 31st

2. There are only prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place.

3. You will earn points based the following:

  • 1 Recruit = 15 points
  • Recruit joins Teamspeak = 10 points
  • Recruit joins events = 5 points

Tips for recruiting:

1. Ask player politely

ie: Hey Wizekaker would you be interested in joining eGO?

2. Don't be aggressive.

If the player denies your request do not continue to bug him. As it may just end up frustrating him and leaving a bitter taste about eGO as a whole. However, If the player says maybe, just give him link to our website and saying " Here is a link to our website. If your are interested in joining, feel free to message me if you have any further questions"

3. Invite player to Teamspeak

Prior to recruiting him you may even invite him to teamspeak, get to know him and be friendly and of course play Battlefield with him and have fun!

and 4th - Prize gets to pick game from the game pool.

Last time we did recruiting contest, I was tied for second, but never got mentioned and I believe it never finished/closed!!!

So for those who don?t know or forgot, we have a huge recruiting contest going on right now here - http://www.edge-gamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=267520

In order to meet our larger goal as division, we are setting ourselves a modest daily goal, 3 recruits !!!

3 is all its takes every day to keep our division fresh and end up with 90 plus recruits in a month on average, this will not only keep our division strong but allow us to offer our members lots of more prizes, awards and events.

In order to keep a better track on this daily goal, please run through the PSC application forums daily and post here approved BF Applications for each day with a link to that new members profile, upon which we can welcome the new members and track our progress. Everyone keep an eye out on the forums and remember recruiting is key is our success.

Getting recruits is great to expand the division, but getting them into teamspeak and actually sticking around is more vital.

yes totally agree, that is why new member profile links are posted as well, reach out to them and invite them into our ts, inform them about our events and comp team, get them educated on what all we do. Retention is crucial and is something we need to keep working at.
 
Goal for today met (7/14/2014), please add all these new members on BL and guide them through their early days in the division.

Can we do even better today and recruit more ???
