Hello TF2 Division!
Myself and the Recruitment Hosts are excited to announce our very first month-long recruiting contest for the summer. This will last from July 1- July 31 and anyone can participate!
Goal: Bring in an average of ONE NEW MEMBER per day. This means we want 31 new members for the month of July. Currently we have 4 on July 5th. I will update this throughout the month.
Prizes:
3 Free Games (titles incoming)
Steam wallet card ($20)
In-game items (hats, stranges, keys, etc)
How to enter to win: To enter the contest, you will need to recruit at least ONE member during the month of the contest.
You can get EXTRA entries by inviting your recruit to TS and to events and then logging it in your follow-ups.
Gain a recruit = 5 points
Recruit joins TS = 2 points
Recruit attends events = 3 points
Completing followups on recruit = 5 points
Max total of 15 points per recruit
There will be RANDOM prizes for anyone who enters (by recruiting at least one person) and there will also be prizes for the TOP 3 people in points.
If we exceed our goal before the contest ends, I will add more prizes to the pool. I have a backpack full of goodies to give away!
Remember, everyone is a recruiter. This isn't about spamming people, pressuring people or bribing and blackmailing people. This is about getting out on our servers and making new friends, then bringing cool people back to our TF2 family. If you wouldn't want to hang with them in TS or play with them on the servers, we don't want them in eGO.
Don't forget to check out the Summer of Sand thread. While you're having fun in the sandy sun, you could be making new friends and earning your entry in this contest, too.
