This month has been great so far in terms recruiting make sure to add them to your battlelog. Hopefully we can keep this momentum throughout the summer to say the least.

Things to keep in mind:
Invite them to teamspeak and talk to them.
Encourage them to participate in our events and the forums (especially the people who recruited them. It is partly your responsibility to make them feel welcomed).
Be patient, Don't be rude to them when they have their mic open. Politely instruct them to turn it off or suggest them to use push to talk.
