Orchid's active does not have a slow effect, only a silence + damage amplification.
Everything is pretty good and accurate. One thing I think you should keep in mind is that although a mask of madness does stack with Strafe, it doesnt stack with Searing Arrows, so as long as you are spitting fire, you are not lifestealing. It's still a decent item on Clinkz but I would consider it as a late game situational item after you finish MKB/Daedulus/Abyssal.
