Battlefield Division Need help

Ok...this is going to sound odd..
But my account was banned...from battlelog...for a buyback...
I've been trying to e-mail EA...Nothing

Phone with them...Nothing


Anyone have any idea how to get this problem fixed? I Can't play any of the battlefield games i spent cash on and i've never done a buyback... any Numbers or what not?

Hello Carl,

EA is the main company but for the game you would have to contact Origin. Go to origin.com and find their help page. Under there you should find questions that will lead you to an open chat with a technician online

I've sadly tryed that, On day one. I got the run around origan blaming EA, EA blaming Origan

Like i said the game is downloaded through origin so you would have to fight it with them to be unlocked or available. Then you may have to have them fight it with EA to fix your battlelog since EA runs the battlelog side of things. Tell origin to fix your account and unlock it. Tell them to unban your battlelog. If they want to fight with EA tell them they can do so but tell them fix your problem first. If that doesnt work you might have to write the company and ask for your money back or your game stuff fixed
