Underclocking factory OC GPU. How Do?

How would one go about underclocking my gtx 760 4GB FTW that clocks in at 1085 MHz Core clock but a whopping 3005 MHz Mem clock?

Its causing the DXGI DEVICE REMOVED ERROR on every DX 11 game and finding a solution thats specific to my card has been difficult. I have both Nspector and MSI afterburner that im playing with right now but i dont know if there are any ratios of Core to Mem that I should be using. I literally just need it to be underclocked just enough to where it stops crashing every game.

Found on a forum talking about the error:

"I think I found a solution. (Worked for me)

1. Download MSI Afterburner here http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm

2. Install it and run it.
3. In the "menu" there is a "power limit" slider.
4. Usually it's on 100%.
5. Run Crysis 3 on MAXIMUM detail and resolution, AA, Vsync etc.
6. Play for about a minute then shut it down.
7. Open MSI Afterburner and look at the top graph on the right side of the window (Power%).
8. If your card consumes about 100% power, then put the slider to 70 - 80%.
9. That's all! This limitation prevents Nvidia BOOST - does not undervolt. core.

Or you could go the same route i always go, i just prettymuch edit the Vbios with my own custom clock values and voltages too.

Lowering the voltage usually does this, research safe settings though. Don't want to do something you can't come back from.
