Not usually anymore (I used to!), I do a lot of impulse buying (-pre-ordering) on anime sites nowadays, though... *cough*AmiAmi*cough* ..when I still have to pay off my CC. -_-

I just bought Tropico IV because it was was a sale mix up. It was labeled as 99% off, so it only cost me $.39!
