Entropia Universe/Planet Arkadia

Does anyone play this MMORPG? It's a free to play, but you can use money for in-game credits to buy ammo, weapons, clothing, armor, vehicles, real estate, etc. Yes, I said real estate (virtual RE). And you can also convert in-game money back to real US cash at a ratio of 10:1. Just wondering if you've been playing, any advice on how to start and such. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I'm not asking for links to guides and such. I'm asking for personal experience and info.

I played this game alongside my uncle back in 2009, I believe it was. We had some good strategies but the game has evolved so much that those strategies would be practically useless though. It is an overall enjoyable game though!
