Battlefield 4 Sorry i haven't been on in awhile

My computer went crazy and i don't know whats wrong with it. :thumbdown:

I'm having trouble with this... "The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

This error is Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 missing, but i download it to install it and that give me a fatal error and doesnt let me install it.

can anyone help? :facewall:
