Sig/Av Help

Well i'm having a hard time getting the right URL for my sig... here it is..

how do i put that into my sig section?... it won't display...
same thing with avvy..... :-(

Edit, ok i think i got it now... i think... i has teh PS cs2, is there anyway to update to 3?...
